Deretter tvinger prosjekter seg p\u00e5 og hvert \u00e5r ender vi opp med \u00e5 jobbe som gal for \u00e5 n\u00e5 en deadline! Noen som kjenner seg igjen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Etter vi flyttet inn i ny fj\u00f8s har vi f\u00e5tt en god peke pinne p\u00e5 hvordan f\u00e5 utnyttet dyre rommet best mulig. Dette med tanke p\u00e5 \u00e5 f\u00e5 en sikker kalving og en best en mulig start i livet til kalven. Det endte opp med permanente kalve\/ syke binger og et kalve gj\u00f8mme. F\u00f8r dette ble bingene satt opp av grinder der og da, noe som endte med at vi m\u00e5tte v\u00e6re flere folk. Kalvene hadde lettere for \u00e5 tulle seg bort. Det kunne v\u00e6re mye morsinstinkt med i bildet og da ikke sikkert man fikk tak i kalven det f\u00f8rste d\u00f8gnet, noe som kunne v\u00e6re katastrofalt. Dette ble en av de ting som vi \u00f8nsket \u00e5 f\u00e5 bort.<\/p>\n<p>En annen ting vi gjennomf\u00f8rte var \u00e5 stenge av mot veggene i dyre rommet. Den siste meteren inn mot veggen valgte vi \u00e5 lage som en gangvei for oss. Mye mer praktisk \u00e5 komme seg rundt og inn\/ut av dyre rommet. Mere tids sparende p\u00e5 rengj\u00f8ring b\u00e5de p\u00e5 gulvet og veggene.<\/p>\n<p>Rett f\u00f8r kuene kom hjem fra beite i \u00e5r startet vi med demontering\/ montering\/tilpassing\/maling osv. Her fikk vi brukt mye av det som vi hadde liggende etter bygging. \u00a0Innredning som porter og fang fronter fikk vi ifra Stallmeglerne i Danmark. Jeg \u00f8nsker \u00e5 p\u00e5peke at vi er n\u00e5 blitt ganske dreven p\u00e5 \u00e5 finne l\u00f8sninger til en rund fj\u00f8s der alt egentlig er laget til firkantede fj\u00f8s. Dette skaper utfordringer. Bruke det gamle og tilpasse det slik at det blir praktisk i innredningen. Og vi er 3stk som virkelig g\u00e5r inn for \u00e5 legge hodene i bl\u00f8tt. Kreativiteten er p\u00e5 topp og f\u00f8lelsen blir ekstra god n\u00e5r vi samarbeider og f\u00e5r til gode l\u00f8sninger sammen! Det \u00e5 kunne tenke l\u00f8sninger i et vidt spekter gj\u00f8r noe med deg og man blir stolt av det arbeidet man selv har skapt og utf\u00f8rt.<\/p>\n<p>I denne prosessen har jeg pr\u00f8vd \u00e5 filme noe (noe som jeg er ny p\u00e5) og laget en filmsnutt som jeg legger med. Her gir vi deg r\u00e5dene.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 400g Angus Biff (indrefilet, ytrefilet eller entrec\u00f4te)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2ss ekte sm\u00f8r<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2ts salt<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2ts pepper<\/p>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\nFremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. Kj\u00f8ttet b\u00f8r v\u00e6re romtemperert f\u00f8r det stekes. Biffene b\u00f8r v\u00e6re omtrent like tykke. T\u00f8rk kj\u00f8ttet med kj\u00f8kkenpapir f\u00f8r steking, og dryss p\u00e5 salt og pepper<\/p>\n<p>2. Bruk god varme og la stekepannen bli varm f\u00f8r du legger i sm\u00f8ret. V\u00e6r ikke redd for \u00e5 bruke mye sm\u00f8r. N\u00e5r sm\u00f8ret slutter \u00e5 bruse og er n\u00f8ttebrun kan du legge i kj\u00f8ttet.<\/p>\n<p>3. Legg ikke i for mange biffer av gangen. F\u00f8lg tipsene om steketider under. Snu biffene med en stekespade.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ta biffene ut av stekepannen eter \u00f8nsket steketid og la dem hvile en kort stund f\u00f8r servering.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Steketider for biff som er ca. 2cm tykk:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Lite stekt biff:<\/strong> Stek biffen 1 minutt p\u00e5 hver side.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medium stekt biff:<\/strong> Stek biffen p\u00e5 sterk varme til kj\u00f8ttsaften pipler ut p\u00e5 oversiden, snu biffen og stek til det pipler ut p\u00e5 den andre siden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gjennomstekt biff:<\/strong> Stek biffen 1 minutt p\u00e5 hver side ved sterk varme, etterstekes ca. 4 minutter p\u00e5 hver side over svak vare. Det er viktig \u00e5 snu biffen ofte.<br \/>\nHar du flere p\u00e5 bes\u00f8k er det ikke noe hokus pokus \u00e5 servere biff. Det er rett og slett sv\u00e6rt enkelt.<br \/>\nF\u00f8lg <strong>punkt 1 og 2<\/strong> som ovenfor, f\u00f8r du gj\u00f8r som f\u00f8lger:<\/p>\n<p>3. Legg ikke i for mange kj\u00f8ttstykker gangen. Brun kj\u00f8ttet i ca. 1 minutt p\u00e5 hver side, og legg det over i en langpanne etter hvert. Dette kan forberedes i god tid.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sett langpannen inn i stekeovnen ved 200 C i ca. 8 minutter. Ta langpannen ut av ovnen og la kj\u00f8ttet hvile i ca. 8 minutter. Skj\u00e6r kj\u00f8ttet i 3 x 3 cm terninger. Brun kj\u00f8ttet i olje i en dyp tykkbunnet gryte.<br \/>\n2. Skj\u00e6r l\u00f8k, gulrot, paprika og tomat i ganske sm\u00e5 stykker. Ha gr\u00f8nnsakene i gryten. Tilsett krydder, r\u00f8r godt og tilsett kokosmelk.<br \/>\n3.
